Name it, add your members or send them the join link, and you have a home for every fixture you run from here on.

Set up the fixture
Course, date, format, competition settings and entry fee. Society trips and multi-round weekends are the same flow.

Members register themselves, pay the entry fee and land on your roster. Groups and the start sheet build from there.

Play it, and the season updates
Your members score from their phones with Caddie Live. The result posts to the society site and the order of merit moves on its own.

Trips and weekends
A society trip isthe same four steps, twice over.
Several rounds across several days, a different format in each, and one overall competition on top. Groups, payments and the running order all live in the same fixture — so a Ryder Cup-style weekend is set up once, not re-typed every morning.
