    48 golfers

12 groups · one shotgun start · one live leaderboard

The Markkleeberg Masters was run on this, start to finish: 48 golfers, 12 groups, one shotgun start. That board has since come down, so the link opens our demo event instead — a full field, scoring live, exactly as it looked on the day.

No testimonials yet — we have not earned them. When societies have run a full season on this, their secretaries go here, with their names on.

    Sunday night, February

    WhatsApp. Spreadsheet.Bank transfer. Repeat.

You are not short of admin. You are short of Sundays. Golf society admin has not really changed in twenty years — it just moved from a clipboard onto five apps that do not talk to each other.

    In the group chat
Twenty-eight replies, four of them a thumbs-up, and you still do not know who is playing.
    In the spreadsheet
A tab per event, emailed round, out of date the moment it lands.
    In your bank app
Cross-referencing references like "GOLF" and "dave" against a list of names.
    On the first tee
Cash, an envelope, and the two who forgot.
    In the car park
Someone doing Stableford maths on the back of a scorecard.
    In March
Rebuilding the order of merit by hand because nobody kept the results.

Every one of those is a job Society Caddie already does.

    The organiser view

Everything you needto run the next fixture.

One dashboard for the society: the season schedule, how many have entered, how many have paid, and the thing that needs doing before Saturday.

    • The whole season on one screen

Every fixture with its date, course, status and how many have entered and paid. No tab-hunting.

    • Members, not a mailing list

One membership roll with roles and handicaps. Invite by email or share a permanent join link and let them add themselves.

    • Announcements that reach everyone

Post once to the whole society instead of six group chats and an email to the four who are not in any of them.

    Entries

Send one link. They do the rest.

You stop copying names out of a group chat. Share the link (or show the QR at the bar) and the field fills itself in while you get on with the rest of your life.

    1. 01

      You share one link

One link or QR code per fixture. Paste it in the group chat, put it in an email, print it for the noticeboard.

    2. 02

They put their own name down

No app to install and no account to create. They tap the link, enter their details and pay if there is an entry fee.

    3. 03

You watch the list fill up

Entries land on your roster as they happen, with paid and unpaid marked. Chasing becomes reading.

    Entry fees

    Your society.Your money.

Entry fees are collected by you, into a Stripe account that belongs to your society. We are not a wallet, we do not hold the float, and there is no balance of yours sitting on our books.

It lands in your account, not ours

Players pay your Stripe account directly and Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal schedule. We never take custody of the money.

One clear cut, stated up front

Caddie Live takes 5% of each paid entry, and Stripe charges its standard card fee. Nothing monthly, nothing to cancel. Collect £25 and £23.75 is yours before card fees — the app shows the sum before you publish.

You can see who has paid

A live roster: paid, unpaid, and the running total collected. The four who still owe you are named on the screen instead of in your head.

    Your rules, published

Set a payment deadline, decide whether payment confirms a place, and publish your own refund policy so nobody has to ask. Refunds are yours to issue, from your own Stripe dashboard.

The entry-fee screen for a society fixture: payments enabled through the organiser's own Stripe account with the 5% platform fee stated, a €25 entry fee, refund policy and deadline fields, a pay link and QR code, and a live who-has-paid roster showing €250 collected and four members still to pay
Real screen. The 5% is printed on it, not buried in our terms.
    • Stripe

Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch us.

    • Your account

You complete Stripe's own onboarding. The account is yours, and so is the money.

    • Sign-in

Members sign in with an email link or Apple / Google — no password for you to reset.

    • GDPR

UK/EU hosted, one privacy policy, and member data belongs to the society.

    On the day

Society Caddie runs the society.Caddie Live runs the golf.

Two front doors, one product and one account. You do the organising here. Your members play with Caddie Live, and everything they score comes straight back to the fixture — you never re-type a result.

    • Join from the link or a QR code
    • Score from their own phone
    • Follow the leaderboard as it moves
    • Their round saved to their own record

Nobody has to install anything. Group scoring means one phone per fourball if that is how your society plays, and the format — Stableford, medal, match play, Texas scramble, a team weekend — is set once when you create the fixture, with its handicap allowance applied for you.

    The season

    Finish the round.Update the season.

The last card goes in and the order of merit moves. Choose which fixtures count and how many of them, and the table recalculates itself after every one — no spreadsheet evening in March, and no arguments in the bar about who is actually leading.

    Results stay with the society

Every fixture keeps its own result. Members can look up last April without asking you to find the email.

    Best-of scoring, your rules

Count every fixture or a best-of — best six from ten is a click, not a formula you have to maintain.

    Winners on the record

Each event's winners are recorded against the society, so the honours board writes itself.

    Your society site

    Give your societya proper home.

Every society gets its own page on the web, at its own address. Fixtures, results, standings, announcements and the joining link all live somewhere permanent — instead of scrolling back through eleven months of a group chat to find where you played in May.

    What is on it

    • Next fixture, with the entry link on it
    • The full season's fixture list
    • Results from every completed event
    • The live order of merit
    • Announcements from the committee
    • The member list, for members
    • Sponsors, if you have them
    • Society Kit, if you want it
    • Public

Anyone can find it. Good for a society that wants new members.

    • Unlisted

Only people with the link. Good for most societies.

    • Members only

Sign-in required. Good for a private list.

    And when you want it

Society kit, without the minimum order.

Society Kit puts your society's own gear — polos, caps, sweaters — on the society site, printed and posted to order, so nobody is left holding forty unsold hoodies. It is in beta with a first group of societies rather than open to everyone; if you want yours in that group, say so when you sign up.
