What it costs — plainly

No subscription, no setup fee. Caddie Live takes 5% per paid entry and Stripe’s standard card fees apply — collect €25.00 and you keep €23.75 before card fees. The built-in calculator tells you what to charge so the day never leaves you short.

Where does the money go?

Directly to you. Players pay into your own Stripe account and Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal schedule — Caddie Live never holds your money.

What does it cost?

There's no subscription and no setup fee. Caddie Live takes a 5% platform fee per paid entry, and Stripe's standard card fees apply. A built-in calculator works out what to charge so you still net what the day costs you.

Do players need an account or an app?

No. Players open your event link in any browser, find their name, and pay by card. They get an email receipt automatically.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are between you and your players, and you issue them in a couple of clicks from your Stripe dashboard. You can also publish your refund policy on the payment page.
